Floating coil heat exchanger
Floating coil radiators can be widely used in boilers in heating, air conditioning and hot water supply systems in industrial and civil buildings such as chemical, oil refining, shipbuilding and other factories as well as hotels, restaurants, office buildings, school scientific research buildings, Yiyuan outpatient wards and other buildings. It is used as heat exchange equipment in rooms, heat exchange station buildings and air-conditioning machine rooms.
Floating coil heat exchanger application scope
1. The heat exchanger shell has two types: ordinary steel plate and stainless steel plate, and the heat transfer tube bundles are all copper tubes.
2. The tube side design pressure of the heat exchanger is 0.1-0.9MPa for steam type and ≤1.6MPa for water-water type; the shell is equipped with three specifications of 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa and 1.6MPa respectively. When selecting equipment, pay attention to the heat source and equipment. performance to match.
3. Due to the high heat transfer efficiency of this heat exchanger, a temperature regulator (i.e. thermostat) must be installed on the steam inlet pipe of the heat exchanger to control the steam flow and hot water outlet temperature.
4. The transportation and installation of the heat exchanger must use lifting equipment such as cranes to strictly prevent rolling. The heat exchanger should be firmly fixed to the foundation to prevent vibration during operation. Maintenance locations should be left around the heat exchanger.
Features of floating coil heat exchanger
(1) Using a new structure of floating coil bundles, the heat transfer capacity is improved, and the automatic descaling ability is greatly improved;
(2) The pipe bundles can be connected using union joints, which reduces welding points and makes maintenance more convenient;
(3) Compact structure, small size and small floor space.
Materials of floating coil heat exchanger
The shell material is carbon steel or stainless steel, and the heat exchange tube material is copper. Customized floating coil heat exchangers with special materials, heat exchange areas and working pressure levels.
